About this skill

Problem

Long-form content often stalls between topic selection, outlining, drafting, platform-specific rewrites, and archiving. The same piece may need different tones for official accounts, Xiaohongshu, and Zhihu, while maintaining folders, HTML versions, and indexes can easily become inconsistent. This skill splits the work into reviewable stages and keeps the pipeline explicit.

Workflow

It advances through five stages, pausing after each one:
- Topic planning: generates five discussion-oriented angles with target readers, value, and recommended framing.
- Outline: builds an opening hook, three to five body sections, and a closing interaction prompt.
- Draft: writes in first person, conversational tone, short lines, with examples and steps.
- Multiplatform polish: uses humanizer to reduce AI-like phrasing, uses summarize for a summary, and produces official account, Xiaohongshu, and Zhihu versions.
- Archiving: moves published pieces, adds date prefixes, generates HTML, and updates the index.

Boundaries

It assumes humanizer, summarize, and xiaohongshu are already installed. It is a better fit for structured writing workflows and cross-platform adaptation than for one-off ideation or strict brand-voice automation.

Use Cases

  • Generate five topic angles from finance, listed-company, or creator-economy news before drafting an official account article.
  • After outline approval, produce a conversational, short-line first draft and save it to the draft folder.
  • Rewrite an existing article into a Xiaohongshu version with short paragraphs, emojis, and interaction prompts.
  • After publishing, move Markdown files into the published folder, generate matching HTML, and update the article index.

Best For

  • Finance writers who need confirmed topic, outline, and draft stages before publishing.
  • Social media operators adapting one article to Xiaohongshu and Zhihu while maintaining folders.
  • Solo creators stringing topics, outlines, drafts, and HTML indexes into one workflow.
  • Technical content authors relying on humanizer, summarize, and xiaohongshu for platform rewrites.
