About this skill

Problem to Solve

Original scripts often stay at the text stage, while comic-drama production needs stable assets for image and video generation. Letting a model write prompts ad hoc can cause face drift, layout changes, fake shot-by-shot coverage, missing music beats, and weak transitions. ai-comic-drama-workflow scopes the job to “existing script to production assets” and does not write the script.

How It Works

It follows a gated pipeline and waits for user confirmation before moving to the next step:
- Script setup: analyzes the script, confirms aspect ratio, opening plan, and tone.
- Asset locking: creates a digital asset list using CHAR_, SCN_, PROP_, MOTIF_, and similar IDs for characters, scenes, props, and motifs.
- Style and storyboard: builds the character bible, confirms style terms, storyboard level, camera moves, and music beat mapping.
- Quality gate: produces a self-check report, separates explicit source facts, reasonable inferences, and creative suggestions, and blocks fatal issues.
- Delivery loop: outputs layered image prompts, video prompts, EDL, transition strategy, P0/P1/P2 QC, and a delivery checklist.

Boundaries

The skill only consumes a user-provided original script and does not script, expand, or rewrite the story. The user chooses A/B/C options, confirms style terms, filters generated assets, and feeds back image assets. It is not suitable when there is no script or when the goal is AI-authored plot generation.

Use Cases

  • Break down an original script into aspect ratios, character bibles, and asset lists for image generation.
  • Create a storyboard pre-plan with camera moves and music beat mapping from an existing script.
  • Prepare layered image and video prompts with negative prompts for comic drama generation.
  • Finalize video delivery by compiling an EDL, transition strategy, and P0/P1/P2 QC checklist.

Best For

  • Short-drama screenwriters with original scripts who need to convert text into actionable generation prompts.
  • Producers managing pre-production who need unified character bibles, asset IDs, and storyboard levels.
  • Creators using Seedance who require stable video prompt structures and asset filtering strategies.
  • Post-production editors delivering short dramas who need to complete EDLs and QC checklists.
