Problem and Use Case

• PC Cleanup Assistant turns scattered “clean up my computer” requests into an executable workflow: define a verifiable outcome, then decide which documents need extraction/conversion, which repetitive actions can be scripted, and what needs review.
• It is useful for users handling PDF, Word, batch file organization, scheduling, and meeting follow-up. It does not replace OS cleanup tools, nor does it claim automatic disk file deletion.

How It Works

The skill routes common triggers into five capabilities: task planning, document processing, automation, memory reinforcement, and meeting efficiency.
- For “things never get done”: define deliverables, split work into subtasks shorter than half a day, set priorities and calendar blocks, and check blockers daily.
- For “PDF won’t convert”: confirm the extraction/conversion goal, prefer local tools, run batch processing, sample results, and archive with consistent naming.
- For “repetition is tiring”: suggest automation flows and tool selection, while requiring test-environment validation before real data to avoid accidental deletion or batch errors.

Boundaries

Outputs are usually methods, templates, and checklists, such as an Eisenhower matrix, meeting notes template, weekly review template, completion self-assessment, and meeting effectiveness scoring. It uses no external accounts, keys, or paid services. Actual file deletion, OS configuration changes, or third-party API calls must still be handled under local permissions and security rules.
