About this skill

Problem

Insurance practitioners often have enough content ideas but lack a repeatable operating model. Posting may fail because positioning, persona, and channels are not aligned: the creator does not know who the content serves, which cognition to build first, which channel owns growth versus trust, or how to follow up when clients respond. This skill reframes content creation into a structured content strategy with clear deliverables.

How It Works

It focuses on five core decisions: target client, cognition sequence, channel responsibilities, first topic batch, and follow-up actions. The skill covers content mainline, channel split, topic pool, publishing cadence, low-pressure handoff, and risk-expression review. Inputs can include PSP positioning, account persona, positioning element table, target channels, past content data, and content goals. The workflow starts with a readiness check, then produces a one-sentence mainline plus three sublines. It assigns what each channel should and should not do for Moments, short video, Xiaohongshu, Official Account, long video, and livestream. Topics are grouped by growth, filtering, trust, handoff, and service visibility. It also outputs a 7-day launch cadence and a 30-day validation cadence, plus low-pressure paths from comments, messages, and DMs to pre-meeting follow-up.

Boundaries

It does not redo positioning or persona, replace short-video scripts, Moments copy, or full articles, or generate complete sales plans. When positioning and persona are unclear, it prefers a minimal content experiment over a forced 30-day schedule. It avoids definitive promises about sales, claims, underwriting, medical, legal, or income outcomes; if inputs are insufficient, it returns a gap list and a low-confidence version.

Use Cases

  • Turn PSP positioning and account persona into a content mainline, channel split, and 7-day launch topic plan.
  • Group messy topics by growth, filtering, trust, and handoff while marking what each channel should not do.
  • Design low-pressure follow-up from comments, DMs, and pre-meeting touchpoints after clients start responding.
  • Review insurance content for overpromising, boundary issues, or exaggerated claims before publishing.

Best For

  • Insurance agents or brokers who need positioning turned into publishable, client-filtering content.
  • Personal IP operators who need channel roles, a 7-day launch plan, and 30-day validation cadence.
  • Insurance social-media operators who need topic pools and boundary checks without full scripts.
  • Marketing consultants advising insurance clients on content mainline, handoff, and expression risk.
