For sales teams, bid specialists, and business developers, constructing API parameters directly has a steep learning curve. This skill's core function is to translate colloquial questions into executable search parameters, enabling users who don't know query syntax to quickly access bid opportunities.

Core Capabilities and Workflow

The skill operates through several key steps:

1. Intent Recognition and Condition Extraction: Parses natural language input to identify whether the intent is announcement search, project number lookup, or contract query. Then extracts conditions like keywords, regions, industries, time ranges, and budget intervals

2. Condition Completion and Rewriting: Applies conservative defaults for missing parameters—for example, defaults to the last 90 days if no time is specified, nationwide if no region is mentioned, and covers procurement intent, bidding announcements, winning results, and contract announcements by default

3. Interface Routing: Selects appropriate endpoints based on user intent:

Applicability and Constraints

• Data Scope: Only reuses Shibo Technology's existing bid data APIs; does not add specialized endpoints for healthcare, education, or enterprise profiling

• API Key Requirement: Requires environment variable BBIAO_API_KEY to be configured; prompts for setup when missing; provides recharge options for quota exhaustion without automatic retries

• Data Accuracy: Outputs are based on API responses; missing fields are marked as "not disclosed" or "unknown" rather than fabricated amounts, contacts, or links

• Default Filtering: Automatically excludes non-bidding content such as recruitment, exams, training, meetings, and news

• Empty Result Handling: Expands synonyms and relaxes time or region constraints when results are empty, but cannot guarantee findings
