Chinese contracts and official documents often stall on three practical issues: missing legal references, guessing templates, and repeated Word formatting rework. This skill turns retrieval, clarification, and generation into a controlled workflow, reducing the risk of copying a template without checking required terms.

How It Works and Limits

• Contract workflow: identifies types such as rental, labor, procurement, cooperation, and equity; retrieves statutes and templates, asks for legally required details one item at a time, then generates a .docx file.
• Official-document workflow: supports drafting, editing, and review stages, with formatting aligned to GB/T 9704-2012, including headers, fonts, structure, and submission drafts.
• Format constraints: reads the formatting specification before generation, prefers docx_utils.py helpers, and keeps the cover page on a separate page.
• Clarification behavior: asks for missing key facts instead of assuming names, amounts, durations, or entity details.
• Boundary: it supports drafting and document processing, not automated legal-risk review; output is for reference only and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before signing.
