About this skill

Problem

Many AI video tools solve single generation tasks but lack an end-to-end path from creative brief, storyboard, and prompt design to local production and QC. Users often also worry about paid cloud services, foreign platforms, asset upload, and misleading “finished video” claims. KUN Video ProMax HJK separates the workflow into two layers: a local production layer for existing video assets and a director-planning layer for schemes, shots, prompts, and quality checklists.

How It Works

  • Director planning layer: parses a creative brief, infers video type, visual tone, pacing, camera movement, music mood, and produces a reusable Storyboard with shot type, motion, lighting, duration, positive prompt, and negative prompt.
  • Local production layer: supports five workflows: A face swap and watermark removal, B motion transfer as face-swap-style transfer preserving original motion, background, and audio, C voiceover product video with local TTS and compositing, D 4K/1080p upscale, and E batch face swap.
  • Quality and reliability: includes technical QC for black frames, static frames, encoding, and duration; resume support, segment re-render, preflight checks, and explicit error codes. Visual realism still requires manual review.

Boundaries

Best for local post-production on existing photos/videos: face swap, watermark cleanup, upscale, batch processing, and voiceover synthesis. It is not a finished-video generator when given only a brief, and the current version does not claim completed cloud text-to-video or high-quality digital-human lip-sync. Cloud models remain optional upgrades requiring your own keys and acceptance of their terms.

Use Cases

  • Content operations: replace the host in an existing sales video with a specified photo and remove platform watermarks while preserving motion and background.
  • E-commerce design: combine a product image and voiceover script into a locally rendered talking-product video for detail pages or ads.
  • Local developer: debug batch face-swap scripts by processing multiple videos with one target photo and resume interrupted runs.
  • Video planning: convert a brand-film brief into a storyboard and prompts, then hand it to the local production layer for upscaling.

Best For

  • Short-video content operators who want to replace faces in existing videos and remove watermarks locally.
  • E-commerce designers who need locally rendered voiceover product videos for listings and ads.
  • Local video tool developers who want to debug face-swap, batch processing, and 4K upscaling scripts.
  • Video planners or producers who need briefs converted into storyboards and prompts before local production.
