About this skill
What problem it solves
Bidding post-award reviews often get stuck because award results, transaction notices, contract notices, original sources, and project chains are scattered across pages. Manual filtering can miss price bands, repeated winners, and follow-on opportunities. This skill targets national, cross-industry tender data and turns natural-language questions into verifiable review output.
How it works
- Uses a fixed whitelist of Shibo Technology tender APIs:
searchProjectApi,getZTBStructreDetail, searchProjectContactApi,getProjectByProjectNumber, andgetCollectUrl. - Extracts keywords, region, industry, time, buyer, winner, amount range, and exclusion terms from the user's prompt.
- Defaults to nationwide and the last 30 days for search tasks; trend, profile, relationship, or opportunity work may widen the window, with the scope stated in the answer.
The output separates API facts, statistical scope, and data-based suggestions, and can present a one-line conclusion, result snapshot, price and supplier assessment, follow-up opportunities, and next actions. When results are sparse, it broadens synonyms, time, or region; when dense, it tightens buyer, amount range, or exclusion terms.
Boundaries and caveats
It relies on the BBIAO_API_KEY environment variable and defaults to https://gate.gov-bid.com. If the key is missing, it should stop and ask the user to obtain or provide it. It does not promise winning bids, does not call undocumented endpoints, does not auto-purchase quota, and does not present unsupported speculation as fact. It fits award review, supplier profiling, contract verification, price-band analysis, and actionable project leads, but it is not a substitute for formal bid compliance review.
Use Cases
- During bid review, summarize recent award notices into key projects, price bands, and main winners.
- When following a buyer, inspect recent tenders, awards, contracts, and source links to spot follow-up opportunities.
- Before pricing, analyze comparable project price ranges, abnormal highs or lows, and repeat winning suppliers.
- Use project numbers to trace the project chain and verify parties, contract amount, and delivery period.
Best For
- Sales operations owner doing bid reviews, who needs to consolidate award notices into a follow-up customer list.
- Procurement analyst comparing recent transaction results by buyer, award amount, and region.
- Bid lead checking comparable project price bands and key competitors before pricing.
- Account manager looking for contract follow-ups, maintenance renewals, and similar buyer expansion.
