Problem it addresses

Training materials are often scattered across PPT, PDF, and Word files. Course designers must manually extract key concepts, complete course descriptions, design instructional flows, and repeatedly revise document structure. This can lead to unclear syllabi, teaching methods disconnected from content, missing preparation checklists, and inconsistent formatting in the final courseware package. This skill turns those distributed source materials into a deliverable standard courseware package.

How it works

It follows the workflow of organizing content first, designing instruction second, and integrating output last:
- Material analysis: reads .pptx, .pdf, .docx, and .txt files, then extracts project information, course themes, learner profiles, key concepts, and existing structure.
- Needs analysis: uses the WHE needs checklist and learner profile table to identify capability gaps and produce an SCQA context plus target learners.
- Content framing: selects pyramid principles or content modeling based on knowledge type, then generates the course outline and fills the applicable knowledge-type column in the teaching-methods table.
- Instructional design: applies 4C or Five-Star Instructional Design to define learning objectives, delivery formats, teaching methods, and pre-class preparation lists.
- Material production and delivery: creates slides, instructor manuals, course introduction, project overview, and other sections, with formatting aligned to GB/T 9704-2012.

Boundaries

It is best for internal trainers or course designers who already have training materials and need them structured into a courseware package. When source material is sparse, requirement confirmation becomes more important. It is not a replacement for creative naming, complex visual design, or clear course-goal definition.
