About this skill
What problem it solves
Labor dispute advice often stalls because conclusions lack a statute trail or documents are not ready to use. This agent serves workers and HR staff, turning questions like “can I claim damages?” and “what should the arbitration request say?” into a reproducible workflow: identify the scenario, confirm the city and perspective, then answer only from verified statutory sources.
How it works
The workflow combines local routing with cloud retrieval and validity checks:
- Scenario mapping: it classifies common issues such as unlawful dismissal, unpaid wages, overtime pay, missing social insurance, work injury, and probation.
- Statute retrieval: it uses search for broad recall and article for exact provisions, building a citation list with article_id, source text, status, and source URL.
- Output and drafting: pure consultation follows a fixed six-section structure; when documents are accepted, it can move through intake, evidence review, amount calculation, and docx delivery checks.
- Risk control: repealed provisions are not used as current law; compensation amounts must be calculated with a script and keep formulas; case details are not uploaded to the cloud.
Boundaries
It fits everyday labor-relationship questions, pre-arbitration communication, and document drafting. It does not cover criminal cases, pure civil labor-service disputes without an employment relationship, or litigation strategy once a case is in court. Local arbitration and court interpretations may differ; consult a licensed lawyer for specific cases.
Use Cases
- An employee was verbally dismissed without written reasons and needs to assess unlawful termination while preparing arbitration materials.
- HR must handle a probation-period termination and verify written grounds, stated reasons, and an evidence checklist.
- A worker with unpaid wages or overtime pay needs to draft a demand letter, evidence list, and arbitration application.
- HR must assess legal risks for unpaid social insurance, job changes, pay cuts, or labor dispatch arrangements and propose fixes.
Best For
- A worker who was suddenly transferred or paid less and needs legal grounds plus a draft objection letter
- An employee who must organize unpaid wages, overtime pay, or work-injury compensation into arbitration documents
- An HR lead handling probation termination, severance pay, and employment evidence records
- A manager who needs to explain labor-law compliance risks and provide actionable remediation steps to the team
