About this skill
Problem Framing
jy-policy-interpretation-v2 targets a narrow research workflow: retrieving policy documents rather than market data, broker research, or general news. It is scoped to laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, normative documents, local policies, industrial policies, and regional policies, while explicitly excluding CPI, PPI, equity prices, bond yields, commodity prices, sell-side reports, and analyst views. This separation helps prevent treating news coverage or investment commentary as formal policy.
How It Works
The skill extracts a keyWord, date range, policy type, and region from the request, defaulting to the last month when no time is given. It then calls only policy-relevant Juyuan MCP tools such as MacroNewslist, IndustryNewsFlash, SecurityNewslist, NewsInfoList, OfficialSpeechEventList, AdministrativeLicenseInfo, and RegulatoryPenaltyList. Results are filtered by formal signals such as issuing agency, official document number, and policy title, then merged by policyID and sorted by publish date. The output preserves original policy text and adds structured dimensions including background, core content, scope, implementation timing, beneficiary industries, risk notes, interpretation, and implementation effects.
Boundaries
It is suitable for policy document retrieval and structured reading, not for macro statistics, market data, or research viewpoints. Beneficiary-industry inference is text-based and may miss affected sectors. Empty results often require a wider date range or broader keyword. Policy interpretation is informational and not investment advice.
Use Cases
- Track recent semiconductor, new-energy, and monetary-policy documents to extract issuers, document IDs, effective dates, and beneficiaries
- Compare multiple notices, opinions, and plans in one sector, then distill implementation scope, risks, and beneficiary value-chain segments
- Review regional and industrial policy source text to confirm application requirements, effective timing, and regulatory obligations
- Search target-sector policy signals during due diligence to judge policy windows, subsidy direction, and market-entry constraints
Best For
- Macro-strategy researchers: separate formal policy documents from news and compare them
- Sector analysts: retrieve policy text, timing, beneficiaries, and risks by industry and date
- Compliance officers: verify document IDs, issuers, scope, and regulatory enforcement signals
- Investment consultants: identify policy windows, subsidy direction, and entry constraints before due diligence
