About this skill

Problem

Job postings are spread across job boards, company career pages, and social channels. Keyword search alone can miss targeted employers or return stale listings, especially when candidates need a repeatable process from intent to application.

How It Works

The skill starts from one of two inputs: parsing an uploaded Word, PDF, or image resume, or collecting stated fields such as role keywords, industry, city, salary range, seniority, employment type, and target companies. It then builds a search strategy by combining primary keywords, skill terms, and exclusion terms, with priority on named employers before expanding to adjacent companies. It checks platforms such as BOSS Zhipin, Liepin, Zhaopin, 51Job, and Lagou, while also inspecting official company job pages. Results are structured into a table with job title, salary, hard requirements, posting date, direct link, and a 1-5 star application priority. Optional resume diagnostics compare the candidate’s profile against the target JD, highlight gaps, and suggest edits.

Boundaries

The workflow is limited to publicly visible job postings, and it should not use malicious crawling, retain full resume plaintext, or fabricate experience. Some platforms may require login, apply anti-scraping controls, or update slowly, so candidates should verify status before applying.

Use Cases

  • For campus-hiring candidates, filter open roles by city, salary, and target companies, then compile a direct-link application list.
  • For mid-career candidates moving to product or Java roles, convert experience, city, and salary into search criteria and compare target JDs.
  • For career switchers moving from operations to product, collect required skills and hard requirements, then use JD diagnosis to identify resume gaps.
  • For candidates targeting ByteDance, Tencent, or Alibaba, search official career pages and job boards, then verify whether postings are still active.

Best For

  • New graduates seeking campus roles who need to filter valid jobs by city, salary, and target employers, with direct links.
  • Product managers or Java engineers preparing to switch jobs who need employer-focused search criteria and JD requirement comparison.
  • Career switchers moving from operations or customer support into technical or product roles who need JD-based skill and experience gap analysis.
  • Job seekers explicitly targeting ByteDance, Tencent, or Alibaba who need platform and official-site search plus application-priority notes.
