About this skill

Problem

Enterprise due diligence often stalls because business registry, equity, judicial, bidding, and news data are fragmented, making it hard to judge whether a firm is worth recruiting, a reliable supplier, or an investment candidate. This skill targets investment promotion, industry research, enterprise services, investment due diligence, supplier review, and government decision contexts. It turns public signals into an auditable analysis chain rather than a simple company profile.

How It Works

It takes company_name as required input and optional focus_area, time_range, and peer_comparison controls. The workflow runs in eight stages:
- Entity and equity tracing: confirm full name, credit code, status, controllers, and related entities.
- Operating profile: analyze paid-in capital gaps, name changes, hiring, bidding, and expansion evidence.
- Innovation, capital, and chain position: review IP, financing rounds, upstream/downstream map, and market position.
- Risk and decision inference: scan industrial, legal, administrative, and public-opinion risks, then output scores, forecasts, and promotion strategy.

The output includes nine sections, with mandatory cross-analysis, weighted scoring, and investment-promotion advice. Sources prioritize public registries, courts, credit systems, enforcement disclosures, IP offices, and procurement platforms, while authoritative media, filings, and broker reports are auxiliary references. The report avoids commercial platform names, cites sources for factual points, and marks inference explicitly.

Boundaries and Caveats

It is suitable for early screening, structured due-diligence drafts, and promotion matching, not for legal opinions, audit, live transaction closing, or regulatory determinations. Predictions such as expansion intent and relocation probability are inference from public signals and require evidence trails. Distinguish material risks from minor operational issues, and keep conclusions conservative when data is missing, entity names are ambiguous, or the sector is unusual.

Use Cases

  • Investment promotion teams completing a background check and fit score before first contact with a target company
  • Growth-stage fund analysts drafting a structured due-diligence memo covering equity tracing, financing history, and risk scan before an IC meeting
  • Procurement teams verifying a new supplier's litigation, administrative penalties, and operational anomalies prior to onboarding
  • Industry research teams mapping a candidate company's supply-chain position and benchmarking against peers

Best For

  • Investment promotion officers at industrial parks who screen candidate firms and prepare for initial contact
  • Growth-stage fund analysts who need a structured due-diligence memo before investment-committee meetings
  • Procurement or supply-chain managers responsible for supplier onboarding review and annual re-assessment
  • Industry researchers producing company profiles and supply-chain maps for government planning
