Problem
Creators often have a clear musical intent but still face a long path from lyrics, style, mood, and reference audio to a playable, downloadable result. Manual iteration across web pages, mini programs, and file transfers can interrupt the workflow. AI Music Maker targets this gap by exposing music generation as a local CLI flow that an agent can drive.
How It Works
The skill is powered by the underlying music platform and is suited for original songs, Chinese pop tracks, lyric drafts, instrumental BGM, and adapted versions based on reference audio. Users can provide a theme, genre, emotion, use case, or audio reference; the agent calls aimv, a local Node CLI, to run logical commands such as song create and bgm create. It is not an MCP stdio service.
Before first use, the CLI outputs a connection link. After the user logs in and returns an API Key, the agent completes setup. The key can be reused. Results are synced to the user's music account and can be managed in the associated mini program or on lexuan.club. Generated works should include playable and downloadable links; per the provided behavior, each project produces two candidate songs and both should be presented.
In restricted sandboxes, if aimv fails while curl works, set AIMV_FORCE_CURL=1 to switch transport. If the CLI is unavailable, direct curl API calls can be used, including reference-audio upload and handling 402 or 429 responses. Error handling should follow structured [error] and [hint] tags rather than merely repeating raw messages.
Limits and Notes
This skill is best for quickly obtaining audible, downloadable, and further-manageable music candidates. It is not a zero-dependency local renderer. Missing login, insufficient credits, quota limits, unresolved reference audio, or invalid project IDs can block or delay results. The agent should recognize connect_url, pay_url, and session tail hints, and guide the user through web login, payment, or recent-session lookup. If the current agent lacks shell access, it should not assume the user can complete initialization and retries automatically.
