The problem it solves

Reviewing construction special schemes is hard because standards change, high-risk project risks are hidden, and scheme parameters, calculations, and cited references easily drift apart. A generic check may say something “looks reasonable” without traceable clause evidence or a hard gate for serious defects. How it works

It first routes between review mode and Q&A mode: uploaded documents that need review trigger the audit workflow, while questions about preparation points or regulatory basis enter Q&A. Before review, it prompts users to redact sensitive data such as company names, personnel names, costs, contacts, and precise coordinates. The workflow then runs through:
- Scheme identification: extract project type, key parameters, geology, hydrology, scope, constraints, and scheme category.
- Hard red-line screening: check the serious-defect list clause by clause and produce a full judgment table; any non-conformance locks the conclusion as “revise and resubmit.”
- Basis mapping: prioritize the knowledge base for preparation requirements, review checklists, and common rejection items, then route to topic packs for lifting, deep foundation, steel structure, formwork and scaffolding, curtain wall, demolition, or general scheme-text review.
- Compliance review: verify completeness of cited standards, standard numbers, years, clause numbers, current status, and mandatory versus recommended status.
- Structured output: produce a review report where comments can be traced back to scheme text, standard clauses, or knowledge-base entries.

Boundaries

The output is auxiliary review opinion, not a substitute for expert argumentation, statutory approval, or formal calculation verification. Where calculation notes are involved, the materials say the work should be handled by calculation-audit for deeper verification. Citations must be checked for current validity; when sources conflict, mandatory standards, current norms, and reference cases are ranked by authority. Uncertain clauses should be marked as questionable rather than asserted.
