The core is an MCP toolset: fetch full article text by statute name (short names accepted) plus clause number, with document reference and effective date; filter central or local regulations by four validity states (currently effective, repealed, amended, not yet effective); search specialized libraries covering national treaties, HK and Macau laws, law journals, legal commentary, legislative materials, and judicial documents; and browse concept nodes in the Faxin knowledge-outline tree. After one login the session cookie stays on your local machine; re-login when it expires, or paste a cookie for quick import.

Built for everyday contract review, analogous-case research, and legislative tracking. Paid libraries such as the case-rule collection are gated by your own Faxin account permissions, and the tools clearly state when access is restricted rather than silently returning empty results.
