About this plugin
Alibaba Cloud ships an official OpenAPI MCP Server, but bridging a static AccessKey to the dynamic bearer token it expects is a small friction every DeepSeek Harness user hits. dsh-aliyun-mcp removes that friction: it spawns the official Alibaba Cloud MCP Proxy locally, exchanges your RAM sub-account AccessKey for a bearer token, and registers every upstream capability as mcp__aliyun__* tools right inside your session—no manual token lifecycle management required.
The surface area spans ECS, OSS, Domain, DNS, Function Compute, and the tens of thousands of Alibaba Cloud OpenAPIs behind them. Both CN and INTL endpoints are supported, with auto-discovery when left blank. Configuration can live in the Web settings panel or be driven entirely through agent tools such as aliyun_mcp_config and aliyun_mcp_status, so you never have to leave your workflow; a launchd-friendly executable resolution path also covers macOS hosts whose PATH is restricted to /usr/bin and /bin.
If you build and debug inside DeepSeek Harness day-to-day and routinely provision Alibaba Cloud resources—spin up an ECS instance, tweak a Bucket policy, point a DNS record—without wanting to maintain token-refresh glue scripts, this plugin is built for that loop. It does not alter Alibaba Cloud security model; a RAM sub-account with least-privilege policies is still expected. It simply shortens the onboarding path to filling two fields and starting to call.
