A floating panel in the lower-right corner tracks token usage with multi-dimensional breakdowns and estimates costs in USD, automatically applying peak and off-peak rates for Beijing time windows (09:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00). Beneath the input bar, a balance chip displays the official DeepSeek account balance in CNY alongside the current session spend, using the same peak-aware logic so every figure lines up at a glance.
It is built for engineers who treat Harness as their daily driver and want a cockpit-level view of both usage and wallet. Once the DeepSeek API Key is set in the Web Settings model page, the balance chip activates automatically; without a key the usage dashboard keeps working while the chip gracefully reports balance as unavailable, so each module degrades independently.
