Introduction¶
Common pain points for lawyers handling execution cases include: upon receiving a stack of execution documents, having to first determine the current stage of the case, identify available remedies, understand the thresholds and time limits for each path, and finally draft the corresponding documents. This process involves a broad scope of knowledge, numerous states, and complex pathways; relying on searching and memory often leads to omissions.
The “Execution Strategy and Document Generation” Skill (Coordinate: @user_b8af0005/execution-strategy, Publisher: user_b8af0005, Version 1.8.2, Source: community, Category: professional) described below is designed specifically for this step. It strings together “Determining Execution Status → Comparing Remedies → Generating a Full Set of Documents” into a pipeline: after uploading relevant execution case documents, it first confirms the agency’s standing (representation stance), then objectively determines the execution status, compares available remedies for that status, and finally generates the corresponding primary documents and supporting texts once a path is selected.
What is this¶
One-sentence positioning: A “Strategy + Document” set generation Skill for execution cases, designed for lawyers representing applicants for execution, persons subject to execution, or outsiders (third parties).
It does not solve the single-point document need of “writing an application for compulsory execution,” but rather addresses the decision-making problem: “Can this case be moved right now, which path to take, and what documents are needed for that path?”
Core Functions¶
According to the materials, capabilities are handled in four layers.
1. Execution Status Determination (S0 to S14, 15 states total)¶
It first confirms the representation stance (Applicant / Person Subject to Execution / Outsider), then objectively determines the execution status based solely on the uploaded documents. The scope ranges from S0 (Pending Filing) to S14 (Post-Ruling on Reconsideration/Supervision), covering 15 states. Status determination does not involve subjective speculation; facts not present in the documents are not inferred.
2. Pathway Comparison (Thresholds, Time Limits, Costs, Success Probability)¶
Lists available pathways for the determined status: Execution Objection, Execution Reconsideration, Elevated or Changed Execution Court, Resumption of Execution, Participation in Distribution, Objection to Distribution Plan and related Lawsuit, Outsider Objection and related Lawsuit, Execution Settlement, Conversion from Execution to Bankruptcy, Procuratorial Supervision of Execution, Complaint or Private Prosecution for Refusal to Execute crime, Coercive Measures, Investigation Orders, Search Warrants, Changing or Adding Parties, etc. The comparison dimensions include thresholds, time limits, costs, and success probability for the lawyer’s selection.
3. Three-Layer Handling: Profile Layer, Strategy Layer, Tactic Layer¶
- Profile Layer: For corporate persons subject to execution, a subject profile (business history, control structure, affiliate network, credit/litigation, risk signals) is generated by default. After profiling, the Property Clues Gate (G1.6) must be passed.
- Strategy Layer: Provides a quick reference for repayment priority and simulation calculations. It utilizes the “Four Questions of Remedy Method” to activate remedial measures (when to use Objection/Reconsideration/Elevation/Supervision/Separate Litigation, including the tactical positioning of reconsideration).
- Tactic Layer: Handled by the Execution Measures Library, including operational elements for 12 types of routine execution measures, a sub-list of 17 coercive measures, positive and negative lists for objects of seizure, 13 types of disciplinary measures, and related litigation lines.
Specific branches of the Property Clues Gate:
- Clues Mastered: Scan and structure into a “Property Clues List,” mapping each clue to execution measures.
- No Clues: Prompt the party to collect clues based on the type of the person subject to execution, and provide a 24-item list of clues available via Investigation Orders.
Additionally, it supports intelligent analysis of the “Four-Check Table” (uncovered areas, anomaly signals, supplementary measures) and deep mining of clues (including instruction templates). The Profile Layer also includes identification of parties to be added and joint liability holders, first branching based on whether the execution basis (legal document) specifies them.
4. Complete Document Delivery (Pathway → Full Set Document Mapping Table)¶
After a pathway is selected, deliver a full set of documents based on the “Pathway → Full Set Document Mapping Table”: Primary Document + Supporting Documents + Attached Materials + General Power of Attorney Materials.
Networking Capabilities¶
Networking tasks utilize the Yuandian Connector (verifying current validity of statutes, searching similar cases, verifying enterprise information) and web-access (public information retrieval).
Installation and Activation¶
The captured materials do not provide installation commands or configuration fields, so directly executable installation steps cannot be listed here; the installation entry is subject to the official page. The confirmable meta-information is as follows:

requires_api_key=false indicates that no API Key is needed for invocation. This Skill is based on the general SKILL.md format; specific loading methods are subject to the instructions on the SkillHub official page.
Typical Usage¶
The materials do not provide step-by-step command examples. The following workflow is organized according to the usage sequence described in the materials to verify if behavior aligns with the design.
- Prepare Documents: Effective judgment documents, Execution Notice, Ruling on Termination of Execution (Zhongben), Objection Rulings, Distribution Plans, Execution Settlement Agreements, etc.
- Confirm Representation Stance: Applicant for Execution / Person Subject to Execution / Outsider.
- Determine Execution Status: Based solely on documents, fall into one of the states S0–S14.
- Pathway Comparison: Compare available pathways in the current state regarding thresholds, time limits, costs, and success probability; select a pathway.
- (For Corporate Persons Subject to Execution) Subject Profile → Property Clues Gate G1.6 → “Four-Check Table” analysis and deep clue mining if necessary.
- Document Delivery: Output Primary Document + Supporting Documents + Attached Materials + General Entrustment Materials in one go according to the “Pathway → Full Set Document Mapping Table.”
Applicable Scenarios and Notes¶
Suitable for: Legal work scenarios requiring status determination, pathway selection, and complete document delivery for execution cases.
Notes (from materials):
- Deep analysis of bank records/transaction flows and reading existing case files (analysis of third-party materials) are not within the scope of this Skill; transfer to
case-file-review. - If only generating execution filing documents (Application for Compulsory Execution, Application for Listing as Dishonest Debtor/Restricting Consumption), do not select this Skill; select
execution-docs-generator. - Status determination is based solely on uploaded documents; do not extrapolate information not present in the documents.
Conclusion¶
The value of this Skill lies in connecting the three things in execution cases—“Status—Pathway—Documents”—into a single line: first determine the current state among the 15 states, then perform pathway comparison, and finally deliver the full set of documents according to the mapping table, reducing omissions and back-and-forth revisions. If only a single filing document is missing, execution-docs-generator should be used instead.
