Preface¶
When working with workflows in DSH, information sources are often scattered: you have to search, open, and judge value yourself before deciding whether to note it down or notify yourself. Bilibili updates quickly, and summaries/titles can be misleading, making daily manual scanning costly.
The following introduces the community plugin dsh-bili-scroll (Maintainer: lll-77777777, Category: Workflow). It searches for videos from the last few days in DSH based on keywords, reads the original subtitle text item by item to make judgments, and writes valuable content into a Markdown daily report. If automatic commenting is enabled, it posts at most one comment per round and @ mentions the person you specify. The plugin runs with the permissions of the current DSH process; it is recommended to review the repository source code and license (MIT) before installation.
What is this¶
dsh-bili-scroll is a plugin for DeepSeek Harness: it triggers a round of “Bilibili scrolling” on a schedule or manually—searching, reading subtitles, writing reports, and optionally @ mentioning you in the comment section. Credentials and reports are stored locally in the plugin’s home directory and are not uploaded to third parties.

- Source Code: GitHub — lll-77777777/dsh-bili-scroll
- npm Package Name:
dsh-bili-scroll(package.jsonversion 0.1.7) - Engine Requirements: dsh ≥
0.1.7-rc.1, Node ≥ 22; if version requirements are not met, the kernel will silently skip this plugin without throwing an error.
Core Features¶
Video Scrolling & Daily Reports¶
- Searches based on “Followed Keywords” in settings (if empty, uses built-in keyword sets), targeting videos from the last few days.
- Reads original subtitle text item by item to judge value; videos without subtitles are skipped by default (unless “Local Transcription” is enabled and transcription dependencies are installed).
- Outputs a Markdown report to
out/<date>.mdeach round, including “Why it is worth watching” and a one-sentence summary by the plugin for each entry. - Can run automatically during DeepSeek Valley Time (peak/valley switches and sub-timeframes are configurable in the settings page), spreading the “daily max count” across multiple rounds with random scheduling within the timeframe to avoid finishing everything in one go.
Comments & @ Mentions¶
- “Auto-comment and @ you” is disabled by default. When enabled, you must fill in “Who to @ (Bilibili nickname)”; if empty, no comments are posted.
- At most one comment and one @ mention per round; the same video is only commented on once.
- Hardcoded red lines in the prompt include: no privacy leaks, no spamming/flooding, and no starting new top-level comments on arbitrary videos (only nested replies).
Comment Section Dialogue (Since 0.1.6)¶
- If you reply to a plugin comment, or @ mention the plugin account elsewhere (nickname shown in settings), the plugin can reply in a nested reply under your comment. By default, it only replies to the user specified in “Who to @”, with UID/nickname verification before sending.
- The settings page offers options like “Reply Now” (only processes pending replies, does not scroll videos) and limits on the number of dialogue rounds.
Workspace & Settings¶
The AGENTS.md file under the “Workspace” path in settings is read and inlined into the prompt, allowing the daily report and reply styles to follow your agent’s configuration rather than a fixed persona.
Installation & Activation¶
Environment Prerequisites¶
The machine requires Python 3.10+ or uv (either one is sufficient). If neither is present, clicking “Install Main Dependencies” allows the plugin to attempt downloading uv to the home directory (approx. 15MB, no administrator privileges needed). Without “Local Transcription”, the space required is approx. 84 MB; with transcription, it is approx. 1 GB (including Whisper models, smaller models can be switched in settings).
Installation Commands¶
Install from npm (web profile):
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-bili-scroll
Alternative: Install from GitHub (backup repository in README):
dsh plugin --profile web add github:c1overzz/dsh-bili-scroll
For desktop version:
dsh plugin --profile desktop add dsh-bili-scroll
After installation, you must completely exit and restart DSH once (plugins are assembled at the bundle layer). Then go to Settings → Bilibili Scrolling. If the settings page button still shows “Reinstall Dependencies” instead of “Reinstall Main Dependencies”, it indicates an old version (0.1.0); you can run dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-bili-scroll again to upgrade.
Typical Usage¶
First Use¶
- Install Main Dependencies: Click “Install Main Dependencies” on the settings page. The plugin creates an independent venv in the home directory and installs
bilibili-api-python,mcp<2,qrcode, etc. Progress can be viewed ininstall.log. - QR Code Login: Click “QR Code Login” and scan the QR code on the page with the Bilibili mobile App; select “Remember Me / Long-term” when confirming. Credentials are saved to
<DSH_HOME>/bili-duty/bili_credential.json.
Daily Operations¶
- Run a round now: Manually trigger a round of search + subtitle reading + daily report writing (on the desktop version, if “Auto Run” hangs, use manual run first; see README for details).
- View today’s report / Open report folder: View
out/<date>.md. - Configure as needed: Max videos per day/round, daily report detail level (Full / Thin / None), whether to auto-@, peak/valley auto-scrolling, comment section dialogue switch, etc.
Auto Run & Headless Credentials¶
If manual run succeeds but auto run exits quickly, and duty.log shows MISSING_CREDENTIAL: llm-deepseek: no API key for provider route "deepseek-official", this is a configuration issue where deepseek-account / credentials are not enabled for --profile headless. You can set these two items to disabled: false in C:\Users\<you>\.dsh\profiles\headless\cordis.patch.yml, and then verify if it returns OK using the headless command in the README.
Use Cases & Cautions¶
Who it is for
- People who want Bilibili information to accumulate locally as “Original Subtitles + Daily Reports” but don’t want to manually search and filter daily.
- People already using Workspaces and
AGENTS.mdin DSH to unify agent behavior, wanting the scrolling logic to obey the same settings. - People who need a restrained notification method of “only @ once if particularly valuable” and do not spam top-level comments on the public internet by default.
Important Notes
- The plugin logs into your Bilibili account (QR scan) and calls DeepSeek or other LLMs; API Key and account security depend on your local DSH configuration and profile.
- Version 0.1.3 and earlier might fail to activate on the desktop version due to missing host dependencies; this is fixed since 0.1.4, but it is still recommended to use a newer version and check
duty.log. - The community directory SkillHub has no official affiliation with DeepSeek / High-Flyer; installation commands and behavior are subject to the repository README.
- After modifying plugin files or local link installations, you must completely exit and reopen DSH; otherwise, the host half and browser half versions may mismatch, rendering new switches invalid.
Conclusion¶
dsh-bili-scroll condenses “Search recent videos → Read subtitles & Judge → Write local daily report → Optional @” into a scheduled or manual duty round within DSH, supporting nested reply continuations.
