Introduction¶
DeepSeek Harness (DSH) uses an “everything is a plugin” architecture. For users of Tencent Cloud Lighthouse servers, managing cloud resources directly through an agent is a common requirement. The dsh-lighthouse-expert plugin provides a connector that supports managing about 60 cloud capabilities after QR code authorization.
Core Features¶
- OAuth QR Code Authorization: Uses user-level permissions and only accesses the user’s own resources.
- About 60 Cloud Capabilities: Supports managing instances, firewalls, snapshots, cloud disks, domain resolution, monitoring, and more.
- Conversational Operation: After authorization, tools are dynamically registered, and the Agent can invoke them directly through conversation.
- Security Design: Sensitive operations (restart/modify/delete) automatically go through an approval workflow; tokens are stored only on the local machine, with zero cloud storage.
Installation and Enablement¶
In a DeepSeek Harness environment (Node >= 22), run the following commands to install it:
dsh plugin --profile web add github:lanluohaisi/dsh-lighthouse-expert#497e826
dsh web
After installation is complete, start the WebUI. The “🚀 Try Lighthouse Plugin” entry will appear in the bottom action area of the left navigation bar.
Configuration¶
The plugin supports configuring the following items in the profile’s cordis.patch.yml:
backend: Defaults tobridge, which uses the real cloud link; set it tomockto experience the built-in demo data.apiBase: Defaults tohttps://lightai.cloud.tencent.com.timeoutMs: Defaults to20000.region: Defaults toap-guangzhou.
Usage Examples¶
- Click “🚀 Try Lighthouse Plugin” in the left navigation bar and authorize the connection.
- After successful authorization, invoke tools directly through conversation, for example by asking “List my instances.”
- If authorization or connection fails, you can set
backendtomockto experience the complete interaction flow.
Notes¶
- Requires a DeepSeek Harness environment, with a Node version >= 22.
- The cloud service
lightai.cloud.tencent.comis being rolled out in phases. - Token storage location:
$DSH_HOME/lighthouse-expert/tokens.(permission 0600). - When developing locally, set
nameindev-cordis.ymlto point to the compiled artifactlib/index.js.
