Introduction¶
DeepSeek Harness (DSH) uses a plugin-based architecture, and plugins extend its core functionality. In Windows environments, directly accessing WSL filesystem paths for workspace selection often requires extra steps. The dsh-wsl-picker plugin aims to solve this issue by allowing the tool interface to directly browse the WSL root directory / and the directory structure under the Windows mount point /mnt.
Plugin Purpose¶
This plugin is part of the dsh-wsl-kit suite. Its core function is to list directories under / and /mnt for users to select as a workspace. Note that it does not register an IM workspace.
Installation and Enablement¶
Use the official command to install the plugin:
dsh plugin --profile web add github:173787247/dsh-wsl-picker
After installation, restart dsh web and open a new session. At this point, the tool name is wsl_picker.
Core Features and Usage¶
wsl_picker supports the following parameters:
startorpath: Specifies the directory to browse.startis recommended. Ifstartis empty or set toim, the default path is~/.dsh/im-workspace.filter: Performs case-insensitive substring matching on directory entry names.showHidden: Includes hidden files or directories that start with a dot.
Compatibility and Dependencies¶
Using this plugin requires the following conditions:
- DeepSeek Harness version: DSH ≥ 0.1.2 must be installed and running.
- Model configuration: The Cloud Flash model
deepseek-flashmust be configured in~/.dsh/settings.yaml(for example, underllm-deepseek); this plugin does not configure models. - Agent Teams: An upstream experimental feature; it is not required here.
Notes¶
- This plugin is part of the
