When using DeepSeek Harness (DSH), if you want the AI to maintain a consistent form of address, style, or specific behavior across different sessions (for example, “give the conclusion first, then expand on it”), repeatedly modifying presets or prompts is inefficient. The dsh-personalization plugin provides a centralized management solution through a settings page.

This plugin is maintained by crazy-L118 and adds a Personalization page to DSH settings. Users can define long-term rules, how the AI addresses the user, the AI’s own name, and a persona description. These settings are injected into all subsequent tasks.

Installation and Enablement

The plugin is published via npm. You must explicitly specify the version number during installation to ensure v1.0.0 is installed.

After installation is complete, restart dsh web to find the Personalization page in Settings.

Typical Usage

All configuration is saved in the local ~/.dsh/personalization.json file. No restart is required after saving; the next conversation automatically loads the new settings.
