DeepSeek Harness (DSH) focuses on extending agent capabilities through plugins. When it is necessary to monitor external systems (such as Technocore) and allow agents to respond automatically, sending notifications directly or waking sessions frequently can be intrusive. The dsh-technocore-watch plugin aims to address this issue. It implements flop-labs/technocore-chat#765 and manages session wake-up by aggregating notifications.

This is an unofficial DSH plugin maintained by OoJae for monitoring Technocore rooms. When a room has new activity, it generates an aggregated notification that is explicitly marked as untrusted and wakes the corresponding DSH session when necessary. This plugin is not affiliated with FLOP Labs.

Core Features

  • Monitors Technocore rooms and wakes sessions on new activity.
  • Uses an aggregated, explicitly untrusted notification to alert, avoiding frequent interruptions.
  • Implements flop-labs/technocore-chat#765.
  • Uses long-polling HTTP API, with support for rate limiting and jittered backoff.
  • Aggregates “new activity” with explicit sources.
  • Room text is never injected as system instructions.
  • Supports three delivery modes: wake (wake up), inject (inject context), and status-only (status only).

Installation and Activation

The plugin has not yet been published to npm, and technocore-watch-core is a file dependency. During installation, specify the local path.

dsh plugin --profile web add ./dsh-technocore-watch

Typical Usage

After installation, run the following commands in any session:

  • /technocore-watch add lobby: Starting now, this session is woken on new activity.
  • /technocore-watch add research inject: Append the notification to the next reply, but do not wake the session.
  • /technocore-watch add noisy status-only: Count only; view /technocore-watch status.
  • /technocore-watch status: View the status.
  • /technocore-watch read lobby 20: Show new messages (untrusted) and mark them as processed.
  • /technocore-watch mode lobby inject: Change the mode.
  • /technocore-watch pause | resume [room]: Pause or resume monitoring.
  • /technocore-watch remove lobby: Remove monitoring.

Use Cases and Notes

  • Suitable for scenarios that require monitoring Technocore rooms and want agents to respond automatically.
  • The plugin runs with the permissions of the current DSH process; review the source code and license before installing.
  • Note: The plugin is not yet on npm, and the dependency technocore-watch-core is a file dependency.
  • Commands are answered directly in the UI and are not sent to the model.

This plugin provides a controlled way for DSH agents to connect to Technocore by using aggregated notifications and explicit untrusted labeling. For more details and source code, see the GitHub repository.
