DeepSeek Harness (DSH) adopts an “everything is a plugin” architectural philosophy, allowing users to customize the web interface through community themes. If you want to transform the default interface into a terminal look with an industrial aesthetic and a style similar to the game NieR:Automata, dsh-yorha-ui is a ready-made choice.

Plugin Overview

dsh-yorha-ui is an open-source theme plugin maintained by MrmoLabs. It restyles the DSH Web workspace, session list, editor (Composer), and overlays, using sand-colored paper, charcoal structural lines, and amber status markers, while preserving the original interaction logic and appearance mode switching.

Core Features

  • Appearance palette: Provides sand and charcoal color palettes that automatically adapt to DSH’s appearance mode (dark/light).
  • Industrial style: Uses square geometric structures, hard borders, and shadowless industrial surfaces, combined with a 32px snap grid and subtle paper texture.
  • Navigation design: Implements YoRHa-style workspace navigation, including a project title bar, mechanical tracks, and active sessions displayed with inverted colors.
  • Interface consistency: Applies a consistent color scheme to the editor, menus, dialogs, code blocks, and syntax highlighting.
  • Lightweight implementation: Does not rely on runtime CDNs, image assets, or page animations.
  • Persistent overrides: The theme token override mechanism remains effective after DSH theme redraws.

Installation and Enablement

Run the following command in the terminal to install the plugin. After installation, restart the DSH Web service and refresh http://127.0.0.1:3080 to apply the changes.

dsh plugin --profile web add -w dsh-yorha-ui

Common Operations

Use the following commands to update or uninstall the plugin:

# 更新插件
dsh plugin --profile web update -w dsh-yorha-ui

# 卸载插件
dsh plugin --profile web remove -w dsh-yorha-ui

Development and Environment

This plugin is a community unofficial theme, unaffiliated with Square Enix, PlatinumGames, or the copyright holders of the original NieR work, and does not include any original game artwork.

Local development requires Node.js 22 or higher. The repository pins pnpm 10 via the packageManager field, and environments with Corepack enabled will automatically select the matching version.

Build output is located in the dist/ directory:
* dist/index.js: DSH host entry.
* dist/client.js: A self-registering browser package with no relative runtime dependencies.
