When performing code review in DeepSeek Harness (DSH), the core problem is often managing the PR queue. The native GitHub UI cannot clearly tell you: “The author just pushed new commits after you requested changes, and it is your turn again.” dsh-pr-board is a maintainer PR board plugin that groups each PR you are involved into one of five states and detects when a PR returns to you.
Installation¶
Run the following command in the terminal to install the plugin. After installation, restart the web profile and refresh the page to use it.
dsh plugin --profile web add github:delock/dsh-pr-board
Core Features¶
Five-State Tracking¶
The plugin divides PRs into five states, helping you quickly identify tasks that need action:
- Waiting on me: You requested a review but have not yet posted a substantive comment; or the author pushed new code/replied after your last action; or new commits landed after your approval.
- Waiting on author: You or someone else requested changes and the author remains silent; or you approved but the PR is a draft or has conflicts.
- Mergeable:
reviewDecision = APPROVED, the PR is mergeable and not a draft (or is in the merge queue, or auto-merge is ready). - Merged: Recently merged PRs (that you reviewed).
- New PRs to triage: The latest unclaimed Open PRs.
Issue Board¶
Each monitored repository adds an indented counter line in the sidebar (with the iss label). Clicking that line opens the Issue board, which contains three columns:
* Waiting on me: The reporter replied after you commented, or you were assigned/mentioned but no action has been recorded.
* Waiting on reporter: You posted the last comment.
* Recently closed: Issues closed within 14 days (for regression observation).
* Note: Only a reporter’s reply pulls the thread back to “Waiting on me”; third-party comments do not.
Interaction and Notifications¶
- Sidebar counters and full-screen board: The sidebar displays live PR status counts for each repository. Click the PR Board widget at the bottom of the sidebar (or press
Alt+P) to enter the full-screen board. - Polling and reminders: The plugin keeps board data up to date via polling (with a configurable interval of 1-30 minutes). When a PR switches from “Waiting on author” back to “Waiting on me” (the author replies or re-requests review), you receive a toast notification and the sidebar widget flashes.
Configuration and Usage¶
Add Repositories¶
When you first open the board or click the + button in the widget header, add a repository by entering its owner/name. The board’s tab bar supports adding more repositories via the + button; hovering over a tab reveals a × button that stops monitoring the repository.
Account and Sessions¶
- GitHub username: Enter your GitHub username in settings. If left blank, the
ghlogged-in account is used automatically. - Review Workspace: Configure a Review Workspace for each repository in settings. After configuration, clicking a PR card opens or creates the corresponding conversation session in DSH (matched via the local PR→session binding table or by searching the title for
repo#N); if not configured or clicked via the↗button on the card, it redirects to GitHub. - Configuration sharing: Account-level configuration (repository list, username, Workspace, automatic prompts, etc.) is synced to the host (
~/.dsh/pr-board.config.json) for cross-device sharing.
Dependencies and Privacy¶
- Dependencies: The host must have GitHub CLI (
gh) installed and authenticated. The plugin retrieves data using Search and GraphQL queries throughgh, subject toghtoken rate limits. - Privacy: All queries are executed locally via the
ghCLI. There are no third-party services or telemetry, and data is transmitted only via the GitHub API.
