Introduction¶
The core philosophy of DeepSeek Harness (DSH) is “everything is a plugin.” As the ecosystem expands, developers need to manage multiple plugins, including installation, updates, hot switching, and uninstallation. dsh-stream-market is a built-in visual plugin marketplace designed to provide DSH with a unified entry point for plugin discovery, search, one-click installation, hot switching, and full lifecycle management.
This plugin can be used without leaving the DSH Settings sidebar and supports 0ms instant launch. It is maintained by MingLin and open-sourced under the MIT license.
Core Features¶
0ms Instant Launch and Concurrent Probing¶
The plugin adopts a 0ms instant-launch architecture, rendering the initial screen within milliseconds of page startup. It includes a built-in high-popularity offline ecosystem catalog to avoid blank screens and loading stalls. It also supports concurrent non-blocking probing, synchronizing host runtime status (/health), the locally loaded plugin manifest (/installed), and the cloud-based ecosystem catalog (/catalog) in parallel, with resilient timeout-based self-healing protections.
Settings Sidebar Integration and Immersive Experience¶
The interface uses a blue-and-white technical aesthetic, seamlessly integrated with the DeepSeek Harness “System Settings” sidebar, listed at the same level as regular settings and model settings. It supports embedded settings panel windows and one-click fullscreen immersive screen interaction (?fullscreen=1).
Plugin Lifecycle Management and Security Isolation¶
For local plugin management, it supports multi-select bulk uninstallation and cleanup, removing cordis.patch.yml configuration rules, package.json dependency declarations, and local code files in one action to ensure zero residual artifacts. The system also provides automatic runtime rescue and self-healing capabilities to prevent host crashes caused by corrupted configuration formats.
From a security perspective, the plugin strictly follows data masking and process sandbox isolation principles. It is prohibited from intercepting, reading, or reporting host administrator tokens, API keys, or private model keys. Local scanning is limited to plugin names, versions, and enable/disable switches, without involving privacy leakage.
Installation and Enablement¶
Installation¶
Node.js >= 18.0.0 is required. Run the following command in the DSH Profile directory:
npm install https://github.com/Minglink/dsh-stream-market.git
After installation, the plugin will automatically start the Bridge service and mount the “Plugin Market” in System Settings.
Debug Mode¶
If you need to debug locally, run the following commands:
git clone https://github.com/Minglink/dsh-stream-market.git
cd dsh-stream-market
npm install
npm start
After startup, visit http://127.0.0.1:18899/ to try it out.
Typical Usage¶
Official Protocol Integration¶
The plugin supports one-click integration with the official dsh:// protocol. By clicking a dsh://plugin/install protocol link in a browser or documentation, you can invoke the DSH desktop client to automatically install the plugin.
Protocol Development¶
The project includes a visual protocol constructor and URL parser, which can be used for developing dsh:// protocol-related applications or documentation.
Applicable Scenarios and Notes¶
This plugin is suitable for developers who need to manage plugin ecosystems and deploy plugins quickly in a DSH environment.
Notes:
1. Open-sourced under the MIT license.
2. The plugin runs with the current DSH process privileges. Review the source code and license before installing.
3. It is prohibited from intercepting, reading, or reporting host administrator tokens, API keys, or private model keys.
Conclusion¶
dsh-stream-market provides a complete closed loop from discovery and installation to uninstallation. For more details, refer to the project directory or GitHub repository.
