Introduction

DeepSeek Harness (DSH) uses a plugin-based architecture, aiming to let developers build agents by combining tools. When integrating Feishu Project Management (Meego), developers often face missing capabilities, such as being unable to directly resolve a canonical project Key from a project name, or unable to perform restricted MQL queries inside an agent. dsh-meego aims to provide a solution for this, enabling agents to safely access core Meego features.

What Is This?

dsh-meego is a Feishu Project Management plugin for DeepSeek Harness, maintained by Lilien-xu. It provides agents with a defined tool surface for finding projects, querying work items, checking personal ToDos, and creating, updating, or transitioning work items (after user confirmation).

Core Features

The plugin provides the following tools:

  1. meego_project_search: Resolves a project name to its canonical project Key.
  2. meego_workitem_get: Checks work item details.
  3. meego_workitem_query: Runs focused MQL queries.
  4. meego_mywork_todo: Lists pending, completed, overdue, and this week’s items.
  5. meego_workitem_create: Creates work items.
  6. meego_workitem_update: Updates fields.
  7. meego_workitem_transition_state: Transitions a work item’s state.

Installation and Enabling

Before installing, the following prerequisites must be met:
* Node.js version 22.13 or later.
* The meegle CLI is available in the system PATH.
* The Meego CLI profile is signed in.

Run the following command to install the plugin:

npx -y @deepseek-ai/dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-meego

After installation, start DSH:

npx -y @deepseek-ai/dsh --profile web

Typical Usage

The plugin runs on top of the local meegle CLI. OAuth credentials remain in the Meego CLI credential store; this plugin does not collect, store, or forward them.

The plugin performs an authentication status check before each call. Read-only tools (such as querying and inspecting) can be used to discover work items. Create, update, or transition tools are marked as “mutable” in their descriptions and must only be called after the user confirms the exact target and changes.

Use Cases and Notes

It is suitable for developers who need to deeply integrate Meego workflows into DSH agents.

Notes:
* The plugin depends on a locally installed meegle CLI.
* It does not collect, persist, or forward OAuth credentials.
* Creating, updating, or transitioning work items requires user confirmation.
