Introduction

DeepSeek Harness (DSH) is designed around the principle that “everything is a plugin.” When configuring workflows for agents, developers often face a shortage of skill templates. This introduces a plugin specifically for porting Claude Code skill templates into DSH.

Plugin Positioning

This plugin is maintained by GongYuanCaiJi and aims to provide a bulk, unfiltered migration of 884 Claude Code skill templates. After installation, the templates can be used directly in DSH, without writing them from scratch or hunting down scattered skill files.

Core Features

  • All 884 skills included: covering 29 categories.
  • Zero-change fidelity: content is copied byte-for-byte as-is, without translation or rewriting; only a minimal dsh loading shell is added.
  • Includes Claude official plugin skills: includes Anthropic official skills such as .claude-plugin/skills/owasp-security.
  • Model-invokable: skills are loaded via the standard dsh skill tool and can be called directly by the model without extra configuration.

Installation and Enablement

  1. Download or clone the repository to a local path.
  2. Add the local path using the DSH plugin command:
dsh plugin --profile <P> add /path/to/dsh-claude-code-templates
  1. For a new profile, first add the headless mode package (dsh plugin --profile <P> add @deepseek-ai/dsh-headless), and append @deepseek-ai/dsh-headless to dsh.profile.bundles in the profile’s package.json; otherwise, dsh --profile <P> "任务" will not start a responsive agent.

Typical Usage

After installation, the model can load skills directly in a session. For example:

dsh --profile <P> "Load the skill named git-commit-helper and quote its first heading."

The output will directly quote the first heading of that skill.

Use Cases and Notes

This plugin is suitable for DSH users who need a rich skill library. Before using it, note the following:

  • The current repository is private (open-source status pending manual review).
  • 13 Anthropic source-available directories have been removed (because their licenses prohibit redistribution).
  • All skill content is untranslated.
  • Content under skills/ and .claude-plugin/ is under mixed licensing (each directory’s own LICENSE prevails).
  • Before installation, review the source code and licenses to ensure compliance with usage requirements.

Brief Conclusion

This plugin lowers the barrier to building complex workflows in DSH by recreating the Claude Code skill ecosystem. For more details, review the plugin directory or source repository.
