Introduction¶
By default, plugins for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) can only be installed through the dsh plugin command line. dsh-pluginmgmt adds a “Plugin Management” settings page to the Web GUI, allowing you to paste a GitHub repository link, automatically validate it, and install it with one click. It also provides full lifecycle management for installed plugins, including updates, deletion, enabling/disabling, and supports automatic background updates.

Installation and Enablement¶
Install and restart:
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-pluginmgmt
After installation, restart dsh web for changes to take effect.
Typical Usage¶
- Open Settings → “Plugin Management”.
- Paste a GitHub repository link → click “Validate” → click “Install”.
Permissions and Data¶
Permissions involve ~/.dsh/profiles/web/package., cordis.patch.yml, and dsh-pluginmgmt.. The plugin does not store credentials such as GitHub tokens.
Use Cases and Notes¶
Suitable for all DSH users. After installation, restart dsh web for changes to take effect; the plugin runs with the permissions of the current dsh process, so check the source code and license before installation.
