Preface

DeepSeek Harness adopts an “everything is a plugin” architecture. When managing these plugins in Web settings, the default view often lacks distinction of plugin origins and detailed status information. The dsh-plugin-list-plus plugin aims to provide an enhanced plugin list view for DeepSeek Harness Web settings, improving the management experience through tiering, folding, and detailed information display.

Plugin Overview

This is a trust-tiered, collapsible plugin list plugin published by maintainer yibiner. It addresses the insufficient display depth and structured information in the default plugin list, providing developers with a clearer overall view of plugins.

Core Features

The plugin provides the following capabilities:

  1. Trust-tiered grouping
Plugins are automatically grouped by trust tier:

    • Official: the @deepseek-ai namespace and cordis: built-in modules.
    • Organization: other npm namespaces.
    • Personal: plugins without a namespace or local file plugins.
  2. Collapsible groups
Supports collapsing specific trust-tier groups while keeping other groups in view, reducing scrolling.

  3. Complete plugin details
Displays each plugin as a card, including version number, Git commit hash, developer information, description, license, homepage, repository link, patch status, configuration status, and Cordis mount state.

  4. Search and filtering
Supports searching and filtering by fields such as plugin name, description, and developer, while maintaining stable name sorting within each group.

Install and Enable

Install the plugin by running the following command in the terminal:

dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-plugin-list-plus

After installation, restart dsh web. Then open Settings → Plugins → Plugin list Plus. The plugin registers a new tab next to the official Plugin list tab.

How It Works

The plugin consists of a Node-side and a browser-side component, and registers an independent data route:

  • Data retrieval: The Node side (src/index.ts) reads the Loader tree and installed package.json files, calculates a snapshot of trust-tiered information, and provides the data through the GET /plugins/dsh-plugin-list-plus/list endpoint.
  • UI rendering: The browser side (src/client/) registers a new plugin list tab (settings.plugins.tab, id plus, order 20) and renders the enhanced list.

Note: Due to a tab-projection bug in DeepSeek Harness (ui-settings-plugins uses entries() instead of entriesOfSlot(), causing tab shadowing), the plugin is provided as a separate tab to avoid conflicts with the official tab.

Technical Details

The plugin extends functionality by injecting specific client modules:
* Injected modules: @deepseek-ai/dsh-api-remotes, @deepseek-ai/dsh-client-runtime, @deepseek-ai/dsh-client-ui-settings, @deepseek-ai/dsh-client-locale.
* Dependency resolution: Resolves react and @deepseek-ai/dsh-client-ui-primitives from the runtime module table.

Use Cases

Suitable for developers who need to quickly identify plugin sources, view detailed configuration states, and filter plugins in the Web settings interface.

Summary

dsh-plugin-list-plus provides a structured and more informative view for plugin management in DeepSeek Harness. It helps users better manage the plugin ecosystem through the Official, Organization, and Personal categories. For more details, consult the community catalog or GitHub repository.
