About this skill

Problem Solved

Character design often starts as a text description, but later drawing, modeling, and AI image generation can drift in facial features, color, accessories, and scale. This skill turns a character brief into an actionable production reference instead of a single loose concept image.

How It Works

It generates a structured three-view character sheet:
- Main visual area: front, side, and back views that lock the overall silhouette and outfit.
- Supplemental area: facial close-up, expression, hair details, and a HEX color palette.
- Detail area: accessories, tattoos, scars, badges, and other identity markers.
- Proportion area: full-body reference with comparison objects and height ratios to reduce scale errors.

It also generates AI image prompts for each area, reusing a character name plus global appearance prefix at the start to reduce identity drift across multiple images.

Boundaries

It is useful for concept design, pre-production reference sheets, and prompt normalization. If the source description lacks facial, costume, color, or identity details, output quality is limited. It does not replace complex action blocking, multi-character interaction, 3D topology, or precise engineering modeling.

Use Cases

  • Before adapting a novel, convert the protagonist's written profile into front, side, and back reference views.
  • Prepare stable AI prompts that reuse a character name and appearance prefix for facial close-ups.
  • Break costume, tattoo, and badge details into production modules with color values and identity markers.
  • Compare the character with reference objects and annotate height ratios to avoid scale drift.

Best For

  • Character concept designers who need consistent three-view references from written profiles.
  • Visual creators preparing AI prompts that keep characters stable across multiple images.
  • Illustration editors who organize character assets with detail and palette specifications.
  • Art planners who need proportion references before 3D character modeling.
