Send Feishu Messages By Mobile

Problem

Teams often need to send Feishu notifications, reminders, or automated messages, but the only available user key is a mobile number instead of a stable open_id or union_id. This skill combines mobile-to-user ID lookup and message delivery in one flow, which fits scenarios where Feishu app credentials are already available.

How It Works

• Configure the Feishu app's APP_ID and APP_SECRET first.
• The skill resolves the target user ID from the mobile number, reducing manual identity handling.
• It then sends the message to the resolved user, supporting notifications, pushes, and automated outreach.

Boundaries

• The target user must belong to the Feishu organization, be active, and be resolvable by the app.
• The app needs permissions such as contact:user.mobile:get, contact:user.id:get, and im:message:send_as_bot; message card delivery may also require im:message:send_interactive.
• On failure, check credentials, permissions, user status, and whether receive_id_type matches the ID type in use.
• The skill mainly covers the “find a user by mobile number and send a message” path, not message template management, callback setup, or complex conversation orchestration.
