Instagram Reel to PDP Clip

Problem

Sellers often have approved product stills but need short detail-page videos. Producing one video per still requires checking composition, aspect ratio, duration, asset upload, and task state without mixing a single SKU with unrelated frames. This skill turns each inspectable product still into a silent clip and anchors the plan to a public Instagram Reel or a written composition note.

How it works

• Collect hard inputs: at least one openable still, SKU or product name, public Reel link/benchmark account/composition note, and 2–15 seconds or default 5 seconds.
• Draft a free storyboard: one entry per still, including product name, inspected facts, Reel composition or note, and duration; this is visible planning, not approval to spend.
• Inspect assets: read MIME, width, height, aspect ratio, byte size, and alpha channel; local files are uploaded only through the bundled client, preserving asset IDs instead of passing local paths to animation calls.
• Confirm Reel lookup separately: when reading public Reel or profile pages, search, inspect, then show live price, charge count, request identifier, and insufficient-balance handling.
• Animate per still: one paid call per still, using auto, first frame from the still, no driving_audio, original aspect ratio, then poll tasks and read actual MIME, duration, size, and billed credits.

Boundaries

It only creates silent product detail clips, does not post to Instagram, and must not invent camera moves, copy, views, or SKUs. A still is not a product name. For still-only sets, hotel amenities, assembly steps, or generic motion, use adjacent routes. Reel lookup and video creation are separate confirmations; insufficient balance should be relayed with official instructions and payment link.
