About this skill

Problem

Large-model output often sounds templated, over-explained, and too polished to read as a human draft. humanizer-pro works on same-language text to reduce AI-like phrasing while preserving the original meaning, domain terms, and business context. It does not translate, summarize, overwrite source files, or publish content automatically.

How It Works

  • Polish: Takes a passage and returns a more natural rewritten version.
  • Diagnose: Uses a “five-blade” check to spot stiff, vague, or over-explained wording and offers targeted edits.
  • Draft: Generates emails, reports, speeches, or other deliverables, then refines tone against quality standards.
It routes requests by scenario, such as business email, marketing copy, or everyday communication, and applies dimensions like voice, rhythm, structure, detail, restraint, and memorable lines. Sensitive actions are presented for confirmation before adoption.

Boundaries

It is intended for non-academic writing such as marketing copy, business emails, speeches, reports, and daily communication. Do not use it to lower AI-detection scores or evade academic-integrity checks in papers, abstracts, or thesis documents. Use translation, plagiarism, slide, or teaching skills first when cross-language work is needed, then pass the result back for same-language polishing.

Use Cases

  • Draft a vendor rejection email that sounds professional and natural without template-like AI tone.
  • Revise a product introduction into a more human-sounding copy while keeping key selling points.
  • Rewrite a speech into a more spoken style with better rhythm and preserved key information.
  • Diagnose stiff Chinese text, point out AI-like phrases, and provide concrete polishing suggestions.

Best For

  • Business specialist handling vendor communication: needs to write rejection or follow-up emails that sound professional but not stiff.
  • Marketing copy editor: needs to revise product introductions or marketing copy to sound more human-written.
  • Project lead: needs to make project reports or speech drafts more suitable for spoken delivery.
  • Content operations staff: needs to write social copy or daily communication text without overly templated AI tone.
