About this skill

Problem

A seller already has an approved white-background Amazon main image but needs a more intuitive main-image motion. This skill does not reshoot, reframe, or stitch multiple stills into a video. It animates the same packaging image into one short main-image video while preserving brand, spec, quantity, and other legible text.

Workflow

It first checks the image's MIME type, dimensions, bytes, alpha channel, and readable text, then produces a free storyboard: opening state, one motion, closing still, and quoted text that must remain unchanged. Motion is limited to safe options such as turntable rotation, light sweep, or slow push-in; cover opening, unfolding, or exploded views require seller-provided internal material. It then validates the current image_to_video model card for size, duration, and aspect ratio, and presents a production card with work, credits, calls, ID, payment stop, and balance notice. Only after seller confirmation does it submit one beatra.videos.animate call through scripts/mcp_client.py, poll to terminal state, and review against the plan.

Boundaries

This skill handles approved white-background main images only. It does not write Listing copy, inspect public reviews, or perform splicing. Aspect-ratio changes may reframe the packaging, so that must be flagged in advance. Ambiguous or unreadable text should stop the process. Regenerating the same image is new paid work and requires fresh confirmation.

Use Cases

  • A seller with an approved white-background packaging image needs a 5-second turntable main-image video while preserving brand and capacity text.
  • An operator wants a free storyboard and credit card confirming motion, duration, cost, and request ID before triggering the Beatra image-to-video call.
  • A designer uses light sweep or slow push-in on a clear main image, avoiding open-cover or unfolding without internal assets that could distort packaging.
  • A seller regenerating the same main image needs a fresh production card, new client_request_id, and confirmation that it is a separate paid call.

Best For

  • Amazon sellers who already have an approved white-background main image and need one short main-image video from that same packaging image.
  • E-commerce operations staff who need a free storyboard, live pricing, call count, and client_request_id before approving the Beatra video generation.
  • Listing visual designers who need safe small motions such as light sweep on approved packaging and must avoid invented internals.
  • Workflow maintainers who need frozen-payload task recovery, drift review, and honest reporting without splicing in the paid video process calls.
