The Problem

Recruitment operations often split job setup, talent profiling, and candidate screening across separate platform steps. This skill targets the BOSS Zhipin workflow and turns those repeated actions into a queryable, controllable job and screening process: the user starts a run, sets conditions, and reviews results while the skill executes the intermediate steps automatically.

How It Works

• Job management: create, edit, copy, or delete jobs in the Job Library; maintain name, department, JD, and keywords; generate an AI talent profile.
• Automated screening: select a job on the Dashboard, configure resume source, operation mode, target count, and match threshold, then run the five-step flow: read micro-resume, AI match, fetch detailed resume, AI match again, and execute the action.
• Traceability: view screening records with operation time, job, candidate, match result, and action details, plus running logs and progress.

Boundaries and Cautions

It is mainly useful for managing jobs and screening tasks around BOSS Zhipin. Deleting a job can remove associated screening data, while stopping or terminating a running screening task changes task state, so high-risk actions should be confirmed. It is better suited for delegating repetitive screening steps than for replacing final human judgment.
