About this skill

Problem

HR often receives raw hiring requests as one-line notes, chat snippets, or forwarded emails. They may miss role scope, experience thresholds, and verifiable criteria, while direct rewriting can hallucinate details.

How It Works

Given a raw job requirement, it extracts role direction, experience requirements, skill keywords, and team context, then outputs a structured JD. Missing facts are marked as To Confirm instead of being invented. Ambiguous roles such as “hire a tech person” are inferred from context, and the rationale is recorded in the optimization notes. The body uses fixed sections such as responsibilities, requirements, and bonus items, with active verbs like “own,” “lead,” or “build,” and measurable wording such as “3+ years of Java development experience.” It ends with a JD optimization note and a confirmation checklist, so stakeholders can approve or correct each item directly.

Boundaries

It fits single-role JD cleanup with basic context. For very short input, it produces a full draft and asks for more detail. For multiple roles, it processes only the first one. Unknown industry terms are flagged rather than forced into a rewrite.

Use Cases

  • A stakeholder sends only “hire a payment Java engineer,” and a structured JD with confirmation gaps is needed.
  • Turn scattered responsibilities, experience requirements, and skill keywords from department emails into a standard JD.
  • Before publishing, check vague job requirements and produce a point-by-point confirmation checklist.
  • Standardize the first role in a multi-role request and remind the user to process the remaining roles separately.

Best For

  • HR specialists who turn informal hiring requests into publishable standard job descriptions.
  • HRBPs who need to clarify ambiguous role directions and record the inference basis.
  • Recruiting operations staff who need fixed JD fields such as responsibilities and requirements.
  • Stakeholders who want scattered emails turned into a JD optimization note and confirmation list.
