About this skill

Problem

When a seller has only one product link but backend data shows weak exposure, poor clicks, traffic without conversion, strong paid sales but weak organic performance, or stagnant sales, the usual mistake is a broad rewrite. This skill narrows the scope to single-product diagnosis across Tmall, JD, Pinduoduo, and Douyin ecommerce, identifying the current bottleneck before touching titles, main images, SKU structure, reviews, price, or promotion.

How It Works

It uses a guided evidence intake flow: collect product name, platform, category, goal, and stage, then request the smallest useful dataset for the last 7 and 30 days, including exposure, visitors, CTR, conversion, add-to-cart, favorites, paid units, AOV, GMV, refunds/negative reviews, and paid/free traffic mix. If screenshots are available, it asks for backend core data, traffic sources, search result page, SKU and promotions, detail page and reviews, and competitor links in sequence rather than all at once.
Diagnosis starts by classifying the issue as no traffic, low CTR, low conversion, weak organic after paid success, stagnant sales, or scaling a winner. Then it reviews title keyword routes, main-image CTR, detail-page objections, SKU ladder, pricing, review trust assets, and link layout. The output separates immediate fixes, watch-and-adjust changes, and areas to leave alone, with 7/14/30-day execution lists and review metrics.

Scope

It is best for single-product breakout diagnosis in Chinese ecommerce, especially when the seller can provide backend data or screenshots. If evidence is incomplete, it requests the next highest-value screenshot instead of inventing numbers. It is not intended for generic platform theory, broad store redesign, or campaign planning without product-level evidence.

Use Cases

  • An operations lead uses 7-day backend data to decide whether a new link needs title fixes or main-image CTR improvements first.
  • A seller with paid orders but weak organic traffic asks for keyword and review-trust gaps based on traffic and screenshot evidence.
  • A merchandising lead reviews a stalled product and requests immediate fixes, watch items, and a 7-day action list.
  • A selection analyst compares competitor screenshots to identify SKU price-ladder and detail-page objections for the next test.

Best For

  • Ecommerce operations owners managing single-product links who want backend data and screenshots turned into a 7-day fix plan.
  • Tmall/JD/Pinduoduo/Douyin store operators who need to isolate the biggest bottleneck for new launches or stalled sales.
  • Ecommerce data analysts who need to break down CTR, conversion, and paid/organic mix without generic attribution.
  • Merchandising and product operators who use competitor screenshots to check SKU structure, price ladder, and detail-page claims.
