Problem

Many SKILL.md files are short, yet they still trigger poorly, describe behavior vaguely, include non-runnable examples, or leave redundant files. Teams often lack a shared template, pre-publish checks, and post-publish verification, so the same capability is implemented inconsistently across projects.

How It Works

skill-creator-enhanced treats skill creation as a staged workflow: plan, structure, write SKILL.md, add resources, validate, test, and publish.
- Uses templates for knowledge, workflow, and tool-integration skills, and requires description to state what it does, when it triggers, and concrete use cases.
- Applies quality gates for required fields, structure, and content quality, checking for inline code examples, avoiding duplication, and splitting references using progressive disclosure.
- Covers ClawHub search, install, publish, and sync, and requires trigger, instruction, example, and error tests.

Boundary: it works best as a method library for creating and publishing agent skills. If a skill depends on private scripts, internal services, or complex authentication, add environment notes and failure-handling guidance.
