About this skill

Problem

A local content library is often a shared workspace for multiple skills, not just a folder of Markdown files. Missing default folders, stale indexes, and custom categories absent from the overview can cause downstream skills to read the wrong files. This skill targets the fixed path ~/Desktop/我的内容库(勿动)/ and handles two jobs: creating a clean initial skeleton and organizing an existing library.

How It Works

  • State detection: checks whether the directory exists, then chooses creation or organization mode to avoid destructive changes.
  • Skeleton setup: creates the default folders and generates the root 📋 总览.md plus each subfolder’s 📋 目录.md without asking for path changes.
  • Structure repair: scans Markdown files, filenames, and modification dates; adds missing default folders from 01-黄金五环 to 11-朋友圈 while preserving custom folders created by the owner or other skills.
  • Index rebuilding: rewrites each subfolder index in reverse date order and summarizes folder counts, latest files, and dates in the root overview.
  • Guardrails: does not delete files or folders, does not move the fixed path, does not prompt for path choices, and keeps templates simple.

Use Cases

  • Set up a shared content area for multiple agents by creating default categories, overview, and index files in a fixed Desktop path.
  • Repair a missing content library structure by adding default folders such as `01-黄金五环` while preserving custom categories.
  • Rebuild each subfolder’s `📋 目录.md` after new Markdown files arrive, sorting the index by modification date.
  • Generate the root `📋 总览.md` after organizing folders, showing file counts, latest files, and dates.

Best For

  • Engineers maintaining shared agent workspaces need a fixed path and predictable folder skeleton.
  • Skill authors relying on local Markdown libraries need default folders restored and indexes refreshed.
  • Learners using Desktop knowledge bases need an overview table showing counts and latest files.
