About this skill

Problem to solve

Job seekers often have plenty of experience but cannot explain how it maps to a target role. In cross-industry or cross-role applications, it is hard to decide which projects, responsibilities, and results should be emphasized, which technical details are only background, and which data best supports the claim that the candidate can solve the role's business problems.

How it works

The skill uses a target JD as input and processes the request through job requirement decoding, highlight mining, value packaging, and script generation:
- Extract industry, responsibilities, hard requirements, and implicit talent profile from the JD;
- Select 1-3 strongest matching highlights from real experience using STAR+L;
- Rewrite 'what I did' into 'what problem I solved and what measurable result it produced';
- Generate a roughly 200-word statement suitable for a resume summary or interview self-introduction.

Boundaries

It is intended for candidates who already have a clear target role and want to optimize personal highlight expression. Without a clear target role, it is better suited to general structuring than directly generating a highly matched self-introduction. It does not provide resume formatting, application strategy, salary negotiation, career planning advice, or packaging based on fabricated experience.

Use Cases

  • When applying for a target B2B sales role, rewrite prior e-commerce sales experience into an interview self-introduction highlighting team revenue, renewal rate, and cross-border fit.
  • When drafting a resume summary, reorganize scattered project experience into three business-relevant highlights aligned with job keywords.
  • When applying across industries for an operations role, translate prior industry experience into contributions and outcomes the target business can understand.
  • Before an interview, generate one or two alternate self-introduction versions focused on the role's core capabilities.

Best For

  • Job seekers preparing for B2B sales or solution sales interviews who need to frame past performance and team results as role-relevant value.
  • Candidates moving across industries into product, operations, or commercial roles who need to translate prior experience into target-business language.
  • Job seekers drafting resume summaries who need to distill scattered experience into a few precise, verifiable core highlights.
  • Candidates with quantitative results who need to turn metrics into spoken highlight statements for interview openings.
