Problem it solves

LPA audits on production lines often break down because standards, records, and summaries are fragmented. Frequencies, durations, and scopes are hard to align across line leaders, shop-floor supervisors, and department managers, while audit findings lack structured analysis. This skill targets enterprise quality management by turning LPA layered process audits into a repeatable checklist, data, and report workflow.

How it works

• Checklist generation: builds standardized checklists for L1 through L4 levels and a selected department or production line, producing JSON with item IDs, names, categories, check criteria, and judgment bases.
• Result analysis: reads audit result JSON and computes pass rates, issue distribution, top issue ranking, and trend comparisons; inputs should include audit_info and findings.
• Report output: aggregates multi-level data by period and generates structured content covering executive summary, item-level data, issue analysis, improvement suggestions, and attachments, with renderable formats such as HTML.

Boundaries and notes

It is suitable for audit preparation, issue analysis, and report drafting. It should not replace formal legal interpretation, professional certification, or urgent decisions involving personal safety. Before use, define the audit level, period, department or production line, and prepare a jinja2 and Python 3.9+ environment.
