About this skill

Problem

Counselor conversations with students are often stored as chat messages or screenshots, but follow-up records for the Zhiwei system need to be structured, concise, and traceable. Manual summaries can miss key details, choose the wrong issue type, or include vague language that is hard to act on.

How It Works

This skill converts the chat content into three upload-ready fields: 【标题】, 【问题类型】, and 【过程内容】. The workflow includes:
- Role detection: identify the counselor and student, asking for confirmation if unclear.
- Privacy handling: replace the student’s name with 该生 and avoid identifying details.
- Issue matching: select the most relevant type from developmental, disorder-related, crisis, or other categories, focusing on the core issue.
- Record generation: produce a 10-20 character title and a 30-80 character process summary that covers the issue, intervention, and follow-up.

Limits

It is intended for structuring completed counseling conversations, not for clinical diagnosis. If the chat shows clear crisis signals, reporting and referral should take priority. Blurred screenshots, insufficient context, or unclear roles require additional information before generating the record.

Use Cases

  • After receiving a student chat screenshot, generate title, issue type, and process content for Zhiwei upload.
  • When a student reports a dorm conflict, paste the chat text and generate a people-focused follow-up record.
  • If a student mentions exam anxiety, classify it as a learning issue and generate a 30-80 character process summary.
  • When the screenshot is blurry or roles are unclear, confirm the counselor side before completing the record.

Best For

  • College counselors: convert student counseling chats or screenshots into Zhiwei system title, issue type, and process content.
  • Student affairs officers: match dorm, academic, family, or emotion conversations to the closest issue type and record interventions.
  • College mental-health coordinators: separate developmental issues from crisis signals and generate follow-up records for referral or reporting.
  • Higher education administrators: organize dialogue into third-person records covering the issue, advice, and follow-up focus.
