About this skill

Problem Context

Many interesting AI use cases live in community threads: people wish an agent could clean up complaints, automate a niche workflow, or turn a half-baked joke into a usable tool. These ideas often stop at discussion because it is unclear whether they can be built with existing capabilities, whether they are safe, and whether the scope is reasonable.

How It Works

This skill turns idea discovery into a practical pipeline:
- Mine ideas: search discussions, Q&A platforms, and social posts for requests like 'what if AI could...' around a random or chosen theme.
- Filter feasibility: keep only ideas that are technically implementable, interesting, safe, and do not require paid APIs, external secrets, hardware control, or special permissions.
- Present candidates: shortlist 3-5 options for the user to choose from.
- Generate and demo: write a structured SKILL.md, preserve the creative tone, explain step intent, include examples, then run one example after creation.

Boundaries

It fits lightweight, demo-ready, playful or small practical agent skills. It is not suited for actions requiring real permissions, paid services, device control, or high-risk automation. Ideas involving privacy harm, illegal content, or trivial repackaging of existing features should be excluded.

Use Cases

  • Search community complaints around a slacking theme, shortlist three buildable light tool ideas, and present them for selection.
  • Extract five to eight candidate ideas from AI wish posts on V2EX, Zhihu, and Reddit, excluding options that require paid APIs.
  • Turn a selected abstract idea into a SKILL.md with trigger words, step intent, examples, then run one live demo immediately.
  • Generate candidate skills sequentially in batch mode, notify after each completion, and provide a final summary.

Best For

  • Agent engineers who want to turn community requests into usable skills
  • Editors curating lightweight OpenClaw ideas with demos each week
  • Product ops collecting small tool ideas from V2EX, Zhihu, and Reddit
  • Skill owners checking feasibility, safety, and trigger words before release
