About this skill

Problem it addresses

Sales and BD teams often struggle with fragmented tender notices, invisible expiring renewals, and competitor wins that only surface after a project is lost. This skill turns tender search, company profiling, and market signals into a query workflow for which projects are urgent, what competitors are winning, and which purchasers are worth pursuing.

How it works and core capabilities

It exposes 16 APIs through POST https://mcp-server.zhiliaobiaoxun.com/api_v2/{tool}, grouped into:
- Tender search: search_bids filters by keyword, region, amount, and date; query_bids_advanced supports keywords, keyword_groups, and exclude_keywords for complex logic.
- Expiring opportunities: search_expiring_projects finds recurring projects due within 90 days, where a smaller days_until_expiry signals a tighter renewal window.
- Competitor and customer signals: find_competitors, get_company_business_keywords, get_top_purchasers, and find_potential_bidders help identify competitor categories, key purchasers, and bid intensity.

The important part is match_modes: caller queries projects issued by a company, winner or tender queries projects it won or bid on, while brand, sm, and fulltext cover brands, products, and broad text matching. Pairing these with bid_process keeps procurement intent, tender, award, and contract stages separate.

Limitations and cautions

Results depend on the API field coverage and data freshness, so they should not replace contract verification, procurement-process confirmation, or on-site diligence. Web information is best used for trend, company background, and competitive landscape support, with tender records as the primary source. Quota, device identifiers, and account setup should follow the documented authorization boundaries rather than being assumed automatically.

Use Cases

  • A sales lead screens recurring projects expiring within 90 days and builds a renewal outreach list.
  • A BD specialist queries a client's issued tenders to confirm categories, budget range, and notice stage.
  • A presales manager reviews competitors' recent wins and business keywords to target competing product lines.
  • A marketer pulls top purchasers and top winning brands for a category to prioritize account coverage.

Best For

  • Sales team leads who need to rank urgent renewal opportunities into a daily follow-up list.
  • BD specialists who track key clients' tender notices, budget ranges, stages, and competitor wins.
  • Presales or solution managers who assess historical suppliers, bid intensity, and product fit.
  • Market or category operations staff who benchmark top purchasers, winning brands, models, and price trends.
