About this skill

Problem

When shortlisting social-media creators, operations teams often switch between TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube dashboards, manually combining keywords, geography, follower counts, and campaign requirements. This skill turns that workflow into an agent-facing search task: describe the target audience and brand criteria in natural language, then use searchInfluencers to retrieve candidate creators instead of filtering manually across platform tools.

How It Works

It uses the Deinai MCP service. The main tools are ping, get_location_ids, and searchInfluencers. The agent confirms the platform and search topic first; if the user provides a country or city, it calls get_location_ids to resolve the name into IDs for the locations parameter before searching. Follower range, language, email requirements, and other constraints can be expressed in the natural-language query field. Billing is based on the number of creator records returned, not on API call attempts.

Boundaries

The skill is limited to creator discovery on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. It does not cover outreach emails, price negotiation, payments, or in-app campaign management. If the platform or topic is missing, the agent asks rather than guessing. A 402 response or CREDITS_INSUFFICIENT error means the account needs more search credits.

Use Cases

  • Before a campaign, search TikTok KOL candidates by region, follower range, and niche keywords.
  • Compare Instagram and YouTube creators by city and language for shortlisting.
  • Find beauty creators with email filters and target follower range for manual outreach.
  • Turn a natural-language need like Southeast Asia pet supplies into creator search results.

Best For

  • Brand marketing operations who need to shortlist creators by region, followers, and niche.
  • Influencer marketing leads comparing TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube candidates.
  • Marketing engineers who want an agent to query social KOLs via MCP instead of dashboards.
  • Campaign planners turning natural-language briefs into creator search results.
