How the skill works

It breaks a research grant proposal into inspectable sections, including title, background and significance, research content and objectives, research approach and methods, innovation and expected outcomes, and research foundation and safeguards. The workflow has four steps:

• Diagnosis: reads the uploaded document, maps issues to review standards, and ranks critical issues before structural and expression issues.
• Structure optimization: reorders sections, fills missing elements, and removes redundant content so objectives, content, and methods form a coherent chain.
• Content refinement: provides section-level revisions for innovation, research methods, research content, and other modules, with clearer argumentation and professional wording.
• Formatting checks: reviews heading hierarchy, punctuation, citation format, and layout details, then produces a formatting checklist.

Boundaries and cautions
