About this skill

Tender, award, and project opportunity data are scattered across announcement titles, purchasers, suppliers, product names, and full text. A simple keyword query easily mixes winners, tenders, purchasers, and product terms. Massive Tender Smart Search Assistant: Biao 800 turns 16 API tools into a workflow-oriented query layer for bid search, company analysis, market rankings, price trends, and expiring project discovery.

How It Works

The skill first resolves an API key from ZLBX_API_KEY or ~/.zlbx/config.json; if neither exists, it may create a free trial account only after user consent and then stores the key locally. Querying relies on match_modes to separate fields: caller for purchasers, winner for winning suppliers, tender for bidders, sm for product names, and brand for brands. Complex logic is built from keywords, keyword_groups, and exclude_keywords: main keywords use OR logic, keyword_groups requires query_bids_advanced for AND constraints, and exclusion terms filter noise such as maintenance or consumables. bid_process can scope records to stages such as procurement intent, tender, award, and contract, with a default set of [1, 2, 4, 7, 8].

Boundaries

This skill depends on an external API and is best used when region, amount, date, brand, model, or company entity is already specified. If credentials are missing, quota is exhausted, or requests are rate limited, the error code must be handled rather than treated as an empty result. Web information should support company context, competitive analysis, and policy interpretation only, not replace raw tender records.

Use Cases

  • Sales reps query regional server tenders from the past six months, filtered by purchaser, amount, and date, to find follow-up opportunities.
  • Bid managers review a target customer's historical tenders and awards to identify suppliers, competitors, and business keywords.
  • Operations teams query historical award unit prices by brand and model, then compare top brands to estimate quote ranges and pressure.
  • Project managers search expiring recurring projects, shortlist renewal-like purchases, and prepare a follow-up list.

Best For

  • B2B sales reps who need a target customer's purchase history, award suppliers, and actionable projects before a quote or visit.
  • Bid managers who need competitor, top purchaser/supplier, and potential bidder analysis around a product or industry.
  • Market operations owners who need historical award unit prices, top brands, and aggregate stats to support pricing and market reviews.
  • Pre-sales solution architects who need combined filters by purchaser, brand, region, amount, and product to find high-fit opportunities.
