About this skill

Problem

Customer-service desks often need approved script lines turned into printable, display-ready card sets. The hard part is preventing image generation from inventing refund rules, policy promises, or brand copy, and from packing multiple scripts into one frame. This skill only uses the title and body copy already provided by the team, then converts each named script into one still card. It does not produce sales talking points, comment-screenshot packs, or character-learning cards.

Workflow

It follows a free plan first, paid generation later flow:
- Confirm the card-set name, language, placement surface, color style, and required retention items;
- Create an annotated set plan that records each frame’s title, body text, layout, aspect ratio, and the role of optional reference images;
- Default to 4 to 8 cards per set, one per named script, or fewer if fewer scripts are provided;
- Read the current beatra.models.list card for text_to_image pricing before generation, with 3:4 2K as the default print aspect;
- Use one beatra.images.generate call per card, and only move to beatra.images.edit for local corrections.

Boundaries

Use it for internal customer-service desks, printed cards, display cards, and slide pages. Do not use it for sales talk tracks, comment-screenshot packs, or hanzi flashcards. If the team has not supplied the exact script lines, it will not backfill them from public posts; missing lines are left as placeholders in the plan. Small text in generated cards is treated as a review item, not as published policy, refund rules, or official notices.

Use Cases

  • A customer-service lead turns approved refund, payment-follow-up, and escalation scripts into a six-card print set for desk display and slides.
  • An ops designer prepares training slides by generating one 3:4 2K frame per named script while keeping brand colors.
  • A customer-support team converts approved English FAQ lines into a standard card set, planning first and generating one paid frame at a time.
  • A service-design reviewer checks printed lines, sizes, task IDs, and actual billed credits before delivery.

Best For

  • Customer-service lead: turn team-approved script titles and body copy into a printable, display-ready card set.
  • Service operations manager: generate one frame per approved script line without invented refund rules or policy promises.
  • Support designer: keep fonts, colors, and layout consistent, then deliver the plan, dimensions, and task identifiers.
  • Business reviewer: inspect the free annotated plan and pricing confirmation before approving paid generation.
